Yealink WH62 

The WH62, part of Yealink's WH6 series, is an entry-level DECT wireless headset. Available in two models, mono and dual, this Yealink headset works seamlessly with major platforms and of course, natively connects to Yealink VoIP phones. It allows users to manage communication quickly and easily with on-ear controls and noise-canceling microphones and headphones. It also has an excellent wireless range, allowing users to walk up to 520 feet (160 meters) away from their device without any issues.

Yealink WH63 

For users who prefer a more streamlined look for their headsets, the Yealink WH63 fits the bill. It can be worn a variety of ways – from ear-hooks to neckband – giving your on-the-go employees the ability to customize to their comfort level. This DECT Yealink headset has fingertouch controls, a lightweight design, an active busy light, and two microphones to help dampen intrusive noises.

Teams vs. UC Yealink Headsets: What's the Difference? 

Many of our recommended Yealink headsets offer a UC and a Microsoft Teams – or "Teams" - option. A Teams headset will have a dedicated button that will launch your Microsoft Teams application straight from the headset. The UC headsets will not. So, if your business utilizes the Microsoft Suite of products, encourage your employees to purchase Teams headsets.
