Door Phones and Intercoms – To Communicate with Whoever You See in the IP Cameras 

Sometimes the "intruder" your system is worried about is an expected mail delivery, an employee who forgot an important gift in the office, or some other innocent individual. Installing a system of intercoms – or even door phones – will help you find out why a person is at your door and if they should be let in. 


The Grandstream Offering: Grandstream offers several door phones and intercoms based on their functions and price point. But all can easily integrate with the control station, other intercoms, and Grandstream's device management platform.

Familiarity with the Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS) and GSURF Pro 


For those of you who aren't familiar, the GDMS allows users to easily deploy, manage, and troubleshoot your Grandstream devices. If an IP camera goes on the fritz, or a trigger is missed by your alarm system, your IT team can easily locate and diagnose the issue by simply logging into the GDMS platform. 


GSURF Pro is a free video management software Grandstream offers that offers video recording, indexing, and storage for over 70 Grandstream cameras. This software will allow you to manage your videos locally or remotely and give you up-to-date alerts whenever you need them.

The GSC3620. While similar to the GSC3615 IP camera, the GSC3620 boasts a varifocal and auto-focus lens. This wide-angle lens not only allows users to capture more areas, but also gives them the ability to adjust their field of view locally or remotely.
