Contact Center Module features include:
SV9100 Contact Center Module-Lic
• Basic Contact Center MIS Feature
• (1) RT Reporting Client – Provides real time monitoring of Contact Center status and Contact Center reporting capabilities. Up to (15) RT Reporting licenses (BE114095) may be added.
• Skill Based Routing – Distributes calls based on Agent’s priority level setting. Routing can be set for each Contact Center group.
• Caller ID Routing – If call tagged by agent, routes subsequent calls to same agent.
• (20) Contact Center Agents – enables Agent logon/logoff
• (20) Contact Center MIS Agents – Allows user to change their Contact Center Status via the UC Client: Login, Logout, Wrap-up, Off-Duty (Rest)
If more than (20) Contact Center agents are required, each additional Agent or Supervisor requires a Premium User License.
Requires SV9100 Contact Center Software & the InServer II Blade (below) or an external server.
Maximum one Contact Center Module License per system.
