Fanvil PA3 SIP Paging Gateway
The Fanvil PA3 is a compact SIP paging gateway designed for public-address, paging, intercom, background music, and emergency-notification applications. It connects SIP and IP networks to passive speakers, active speakers, microphones, external audio sources, programmable call buttons, and local audio storage, allowing integrators to build flexible IP paging systems for schools, warehouses, offices, hospitals, retail locations, transportation facilities, and other commercial environments.
The PA3 includes a built-in mono power amplifier capable of up to 30W output depending on the available DC input voltage, while PoE operation supports up to 10W speaker output. Two SIP lines, multicast, MP3 broadcasting, USB and TF-card storage, audio line input/output, microphone input, programmable DSS button ports, IP-camera linkage, and centralized provisioning provide a versatile foundation for custom SIP paging and intercom deployments.

Compatibility & Buying Information
- Passive Speaker Output: The built-in amplifier supports a compatible 4Ω passive speaker. Maximum output is 10W with PoE or 12V DC, 20W at 18V DC, and 30W at 24V DC.
- Active Speakers: Compatible powered speakers can be connected through the adjustable line-out terminal instead of the amplified passive-speaker output.
- Power: Supports PoE Class 4 or 12V to 24V DC / 2A. Select the DC voltage based on the required passive-speaker amplifier output.
- Microphone: Fanvil recommends an electret condenser microphone for the MIC input. External microphone and speaker hardware should be selected to match the PA3 electrical specifications.
- External Call Buttons: Two programmable DSS ports support external buttons for functions such as speed dial or emergency calling; the buttons are external accessories rather than built-in controls.
- Local Audio Storage: USB storage and a TF card can be used for compatible prerecorded audio and recording functions. Storage media is separate from the PA3 itself.
