Big buttons are great. Screen looks good. Very difficult to get in to the settings from the phone itself using the LCD. This is definitely aimed at someone that needs a phone that is somewhat "tamper proof". 3CX certified makes setting this phone up a breeze. THERE IS NO INCLUDED POWER ADAPTER? Make sure you purchase a wall wart if you are not going to use PoE.
