The Fanvil X7 is a high-end enterprise SIP phone designed for executives, reception desks, managers, and business users who need extensive programmable controls and a large touchscreen interface. It combines a 7-inch capacitive color touchscreen, 20 SIP lines, HD voice, dual Gigabit Ethernet, integrated PoE, built-in Bluetooth, video-call reception, and up to 127 programmable DSS keys.
The large touchscreen allows users to manage BLF, line appearances, speed dial, contacts, call history, and other business functions directly from the display, reducing the need for a separate expansion module. Built-in Bluetooth supports compatible Bluetooth headsets, while the USB 2.0 port can be used with a compatible Wi-Fi dongle or USB flash drive for additional connectivity and recording applications.

Compatibility & Buying Information
- Exact Model: This page is for the original Fanvil X7, NTS SKU X7-Z. It should not be confused with the separate X7 V2 / X7-V2-Z hardware revision.
- Display: The original X7 uses a 7-inch 800 × 480 touchscreen. The 5-inch reference currently shown in the older NTS description is incorrect for this model.
- Power: Supports PoE or an optional 5V DC / 2A power adapter. The external adapter should not be assumed to be included.
- Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not built in; wireless networking requires a compatible USB Wi-Fi dongle.
- Bluetooth: Bluetooth 2.1 is built in for compatible Bluetooth headset use.
- Video: The X7 can receive compatible H.264 SIP video, but it does not include a built-in camera.
- Headsets: Supports RJ9 headsets, compatible Bluetooth headsets, and supported Poly/Plantronics or Jabra wireless headsets through the appropriate EHS cable.
